Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles (engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Leverage Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate competencies
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ Seattle-based tech clients
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication and transparent feedback
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform client recommendations
- Maintain accurate data in ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and generate weekly pipeline reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency or tech environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent across multiple domains
- Deep understanding of Seattle's tech ecosystem and competitive landscape
- Exceptional interview skills with ability to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit
- Strong negotiation skills and client management acumen
- Proficiency in modern ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPHR or CTS certification preferred
