Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing top-tier technical talent.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events, to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to ensure successful placements.
- Stay current with industry trends and market salary data to advise both clients and candidates effectively.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting monthly placement targets and maintaining a high pipeline of qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Development, Engineering, IT) and the hiring process.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
