Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards.
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing applicants to match them with client requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Negotiating salary and contract terms to secure placements.
- Managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conducting market research to identify staffing trends and opportunities in the Jacksonville area.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (Staffing experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driverās license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorās degree preferred.
