Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management: Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone interviews for temporary and permanent placement candidates.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with client companies in the Cleveland area, understanding their specific staffing needs for night operations.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the hiring process for night shift workers, including scheduling orientation and collecting necessary documentation.
- Administrative Support: Manage payroll records, time tracking, and compliance documentation for the night shift workforce.
- Issue Resolution: Address any staffing gaps or emergencies that arise during the evening hours to ensure business continuity for our clients.
- Sourcing: Utilize social media and job boards to actively source passive candidates for night shift roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift, typically from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse candidates and clients.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are often required for local travel to client sites.
