Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and product roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search and AI tools
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at top tech firms
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation benchmarks and competitive positioning
- Optimize applicant tracking systems with custom workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering
- Proven success placing candidates in full-stack, mobile, or DevOps roles
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and Boolean logic
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, React, AWS, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using metrics like time-to-fill
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
