- Source and engage top-tier software engineers through proactive recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at Portland tech companies
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidate competencies
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs and fill rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Portland's tech market
- Expert knowledge of developer tools, languages, and frameworks
- Proven track record of closing senior-level engineering roles
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
