Responsibilities
- Source and engage elite technical talent across North Carolina's booming tech sector
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles including software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 and emerging tech clients
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools while maintaining personalized candidate experiences
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using market intelligence and competitive analysis
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through exceptional communication and execution
- Mentor junior recruiters while contributing to team-wide best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven success in hard-to-fill roles
- Deep understanding of North Carolina's tech ecosystem (RTP, Charlotte, and Triangle markets)
- Expertise in Boolean/X-ray sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both candidates and executive stakeholders
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills using recruitment metrics and market data
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional certification (CPSR, CTS preferred)
