Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15-20 key tech companies in NYC
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche tech platforms to build talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable hiring insights to clients
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise tech clients
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, and cloud architects
- Expert knowledge of NYC tech market dynamics and salary benchmarks
- Advanced proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with 80%+ offer acceptance rate
- Strong network of 500+ active technical candidates in the tri-state area
