Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to match talent with company culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding coordination
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, positions, and placement metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruiting/staffing with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with excellent judgment
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
