Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and creative industries
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our ATS system
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring seamless communication
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates and post-placement follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in multitasking environments
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
