Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards and networking to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen Resumes: Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings to match skills with job requirements.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new temporary and direct-hire employees.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide updates.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior recruitment experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and data entry skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn new processes quickly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
