Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists
- Cultivate deep partnerships with 30+ tech clients in Portland's thriving ecosystem
- Leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills against client requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) pipeline and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote employer brand and job openings
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or tech company
- Expert knowledge of Portland's tech talent landscape and salary benchmarks
- Proven ability to close 15+ placements monthly with high retention rates
- Technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for software development roles
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presence
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
