Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening interviews with prospective candidates to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates using our digital calendar tools.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and direct-hire placements.
- Build strong relationships with local business partners to understand their hiring needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Process timesheets and payroll documentation for temporary staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be reliable and available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
