Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for weekend shift candidates, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Schedule and coordinate staffing assignments for multiple client sites throughout San Francisco on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regarding candidate availability and shift history.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding weekend staffing needs and coverage issues.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle payroll verification and time tracking for weekend staff to ensure accurate compensation.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a staffing, recruitment, or human resources coordination role.
- Strong availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work occasional holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
