Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for weekend shift candidates, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Schedule and coordinate staffing assignments for multiple client sites throughout San Francisco on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regarding candidate availability and shift history.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding weekend staffing needs and coverage issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a staffing, recruitment, or human resources coordination role.
  • Strong availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work occasional holidays.
