Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across diverse industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with client needs
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle with exceptional communication
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilize ATS systems to track applications and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of placing candidates in weekend/temporary roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent-first mindset
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
