Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment techniques
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital outreach
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding coordination
- Develop strategic partnerships with clients to understand evolving talent needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences through transparent communication and feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-incentivized environment
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans' talent market and industry trends
