Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure data accuracy
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs including time-to-fill and placement rates
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Familiarity with California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
