Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate client openings
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation processes
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion funnels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless placements
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas job market dynamics
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Ability to start within 48 hours of offer
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
