Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) for hard-to-fill roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to offer negotiation for clients in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure
- Develop deep client relationships through quarterly business reviews and strategic talent planning sessions
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean strings, recruitment CRM automation, and market mapping
- Maintain 95%+ compliance with EEOC regulations and ATS data integrity standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns for key client accounts
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced interview techniques and candidate assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Hiretual) and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.) and market compensation trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or Technical Recruiter Certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated success in closing competitive offers
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to optimize processes
- Strong presentation skills for client pitch meetings and candidate interviews
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
