Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech platforms
- Conduct technical screening interviews and skills assessments for software developers, DevOps engineers, and data scientists
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and candidate experience
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights to clients
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction metrics through post-interview follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven ability to assess technical skills through whiteboard challenges and system design discussions
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and Boolean recruiters' methodologies
- Familiarity with Tampa's tech ecosystem and local talent pools
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or other enterprise-level ATS platforms
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to candidates
