Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidate progress and metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies including social media, Boolean searches, and industry networking
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with focus on software development roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Austin's tech ecosystem
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies
- Familiarity with technical stacks (Python, Java, AWS, React, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment approach
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ATS certification (e.g., Certified Technical Recruiter preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
