Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles across software development, data engineering, and IT infrastructure
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using cutting-edge sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and organizational culture
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Represent Nexus Staffing at industry events and tech meetups to build employer brand
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for roles across development stacks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven recruitment methodologies
