Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Conduct technical screening interviews for software engineers and IT professionals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Analyze market trends to refine talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain robust pipeline of diverse technical candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in SaaS or startup environments
- Proven track record placing software engineers, DevOps, and data professionals
- Expert knowledge of technical interview processes and assessment tools
- Strong sourcing skills with experience in Boolean search and Boolean search
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related technical field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
