Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video during evening hours.
- Manage and update candidate databases and job orders in real-time.
- Coordinate schedules for interviews between clients and candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends in the Philadelphia metro area.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employment documentation.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific staffing requirements.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work nights (typically 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or similar).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Taleo).
- Reliable transportation to our office in Center City Philadelphia.
