Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place technical candidates (developers, engineers, data scientists) across Milwaukee's tech sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both client companies and passive candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client portfolio in Milwaukee metro area
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Milwaukee or Midwest tech market
- Proven track record of placing software engineers and IT professionals
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, cloud, DevOps)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with consultative approach
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team environment
