Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across Denver's booming tech sector (AI, SaaS, FinTech)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active tech clients
- Develop talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and networking
- Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments
- Collaborate with sales team to identify client needs and market trends
- Drive recruitment process optimization using ATS systems
- Represent the agency at Denver tech meetups and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Denver market
- Proven track record placing software engineers and data scientists
- Expertise with Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Python, React, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
