Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and optimize job descriptions
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate journeys

Qualifications
