Your Impact

Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Assist with onboarding processes and orientation for new hires.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Update and organize candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support is a plus but not mandatory.
