Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client vacancies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across diverse industries
- Develop and nurture client partnerships in Louisville metro area
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS compliance
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly KPIs

Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in Louisville/Kentucky talent markets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring campaigns
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SPHR or CTP certification a plus
