Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive long-term technology strategy that aligns with business goals and market opportunities for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously analyze and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to determine their applicability and integration potential.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain the technology roadmap, breaking down high-level objectives into actionable technical milestones and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in and resources.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Oversee architectural planning to ensure our systems can handle projected growth and data loads in the coming years.
- Talent & Culture: Partner with HR to build a high-performance technical team culture focused on innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or strategic technology planning.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives.
