Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Tampa Bay
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding

Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience in Tampa market
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong understanding of Tampa's key industries (healthcare, tech, finance)
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
