Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct client intake meetings to define staffing requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Present weekly staffing reports to agency leadership
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of Seattle's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington State Recruiter License required
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred
