Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple sectors
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to placement
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Utilize ATS and social media for strategic talent acquisition
- Track KPIs and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales/production targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
