Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles across Seattle and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring cultural fit and technical alignment
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and social media to expand talent pipelines
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure seamless weekly pay processing for temporary staff
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and placement success rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record in candidate placement
- Strong knowledge of Washington State labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
