Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent through networking and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify skill gaps and emerging trends in the staffing industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and cultural requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
