Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across technical and non-technical roles using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for enterprise clients in Seattle's booming tech sector
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through weekly check-ins and pipeline updates
- Lead recruitment strategy sessions with HR directors to define hiring requirements
- Utilize our ATS to track metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate technical assessments
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical recruitment or corporate staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Seattle's competitive market
- Expert knowledge of recruitment tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Seattle's tech and startup ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills with both clients and candidates
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
