Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
- Match qualified candidates with open positions based on skills and experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and job boards.

- Process weekly payroll and ensure accurate time tracking for temporary staff.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
