Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are recommended.
