Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various client needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job specifications.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure accurate data entry.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (internal or agency).
- Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions effectively.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated drive to meet and exceed weekly recruitment targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
