Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and manage job orders effectively.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and coordinate on-site visits for clients.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and staffing needs.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate weekly pay distribution.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates in the Omaha area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to close placements.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
