Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress and manage candidate pipelines.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates (job seekers).
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely weekly compensation processing.
- Market the agency’s services to potential clients and expand the candidate database.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
