Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across diverse industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools effectively
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and candidate pipeline
- Participate in recruitment marketing and job fairs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
