Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and digital recruitment strategies
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-employer alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation
- Develop client relationships by understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to optimize placement strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking system (ATS) records
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with proven track record of successful placements
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to assess candidate motivations and cultural fit
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday)
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and staffing industry compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
