Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding
- Meet weekly/monthly recruitment KPIs (15+ placements/month)
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field preferred
- Local Chicago market knowledge a plus
