Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of qualified candidates via various channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, reference checks, and job offers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key accounts within the Fort Worth area.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and data accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and company culture.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
