Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary and permanent roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent specifically within the Denver metro area.
- Manage relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing top-tier candidates.
- Coordinate with payroll and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely weekly compensation processing.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand our agency's presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive weekly sales and placement goals.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
