Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of open positions across various industries (Logistics, Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Market open positions effectively through job boards, social media, and networking events to attract passive candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the client's organization.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve placement efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is strongly desired.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in temporary and permanent roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for local travel.
