Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions.
- Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to actively source talent and build a robust pipeline for our staffing agency.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on compensation and market trends.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring all compliance paperwork and training are completed efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term placements and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or a similar high-volume sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and clients professionally.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
