We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Dallas-based office. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide top-tier talent.
- Onboarding: Manage the new hire process, ensuring all paperwork and orientations are completed efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to advise clients on salary expectations and labor market conditions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
