Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to match open job requisitions accurately.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to successful candidate onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and competitive salary benchmarks.
- Facilitate background checks, drug screenings, and reference verification for selected candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to both clients and candidates throughout the engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
